ZYX real estate, has evolved from a luxury property management firm for the Hamptons and Manhattan in early 2008 - 2014. Handling rental volume in excess of $1 million annually for a small set of clients accustomed to successful seasons. Changes in the hospitality laws forced us to focus more in NYC and away from vacation rental management and into the development and broader property management business.
Since 2014 ZYX management has been able to provide complete life-cycle investment projects to its capital partners. As a boutique firm, our focus is in quality not volatility. Our mantra is the antithesis of a "get rich quick" scheme, smart acquisitions in prime NYC neighborhoods with 30 year outlooks. We target properties that trade at a minimum of 85% market value and require significant repairs or gut re-habs, which allows us to re-design properties in order to maximize SF revenue to local neighborhood trends.
Capital partners are able to sign-up online and submit all required paperwork in order to participate in our Ventures Portal, which allows interested investors to browse our current available projects.
